A single purpose

Your data is used exclusively to organise the wedding of David Cahez and Manon Gastaldi, who are the data controllers: knowing who is coming, to which moments, coordinating logistics (catering, accommodation, carpooling) and sharing the wedding photos among guests. It is only passed on to the service providers strictly needed for that organisation (detailed below), never used for advertising, and the site contains no trackers.

Data we collect

For each invited household: member names, sign-in email, phone number and postal address (if you provide them), attendance answers, logistics choices, song suggestion for the party (title and link), messages posted in the discussion threads, and photos shared in the gallery with their caption.

Dietary restrictions may reveal sensitive information (health, beliefs). They are kept to the strict minimum and visible only to the couple — and to the caterer, in aggregate form without any other contact details.

Who sees what

Your answers are visible to the couple only. Messages posted in a discussion thread are visible to the other households in that thread, under your household name. Song suggestions are shared with the DJ to prepare the party, as an anonymous list (title and link only, without your household name).

Wedding photos

From the wedding day, households attending at least one moment can share their photos in the site's gallery. All invited households can view them once signed in; nothing is accessible without signing in. Until September 26, 2026 at 14:00 (Nouméa time), other households' photos stay blurred; yours are visible to your household.

The versions shown in the gallery are recomputed by the site, without any metadata: no shooting date, no GPS location. The original file is kept as is; only your household and the couple can download it.

A photo bothers you? Report it: it is hidden at once from all guests, and the couple decides whether to restore or delete it. You can remove your own photos from the gallery until October 14, 2026, then simply on request to bonjour@nous2.nc.

Photos are deleted from the site along with the other data (see "Retention"). A copy is given to the couple.

Hosting and cookies

Data is stored on a private server administered by the publishers, hosted with Hostinger. A backup copy (data and photos) is kept on a computer belonging to the couple. The site only sets a sign-in cookie, kept for 30 days after your last visit (removed when you sign out).

Retention

All guest data is deleted no later than 12 months after the wedding (i.e. before 11 September 2028). A household's data can be deleted earlier on request.

Your rights

You can view, correct or delete your household's data at any time: most of it is editable from your guest area, and for the rest simply write to bonjour@nous2.nc.
